Wantagh, NY, August 11, 2016 (Newswire.com) - I succeeded by saying what everyone else is thinking. — Joan Rivers
The PULSE Center for Patient Safety Education & Advocacy (formerly PULSE of NY), a grassroots nonprofit dedicated to raising awareness about patient safety through advocacy, education and support, will host its 6th annual fundraiser Comedy for a Cause at the Brokerage Comedy Club in Bellmore, L.I. on Sunday, September 18, 2016 at 7 PM. (Doors open 6:30 PM).
Two years ago September, comedian Joan Rivers died BECAUSE of the medical care she received. Did she know that medical errors are now the third leading cause of death in the country?
Remember the laughter she gave us, and support patient safety education and advocacy by coming to hear cutting-edge comedy in memory of a woman who became famous by making us laugh.
